Say hello to Little Olive, our gorgeous 1950s retro Franklin van, now living her best life as our bar and coffee van. With her own custom-built courtyard and colourful mural wall, she’s full of vintage charm, serves up the good stuff and, let’s face it… looks pretty good in your insta photos!
Whether you’re sipping cocktails or grabbing a perfectly brewed coffee, Little Olive’s courtyard is made for kicking back, catching up and soaking up the atmosphere – relaxed, fun and completely unique to Airtree.
Looking to elevate your wedding, function, or event? Little Olive is available to hire as an add-on with staff, glasswear and drink cooling included. She will bring her unique charm and good times to your celebration, making your event unforgettable!

You don’t want to have to ask family or friends to man the bar and top the drinks up to keep them cold – that’s where we come in and we serve it all from our cool vinatge bar van.
Kick back and enjoy your wedding night knowing the bar is staffed by professionals and no one is taking advantage of free drinks:
Staff: 1 trained RSA bar staff + 1 Owner/Manager
Drinks: Service of your alcoholic drinks during your wedding from the van ensuring drinks are kept cold as well. Plus cool wedding photo op’s with Little Olive
Duration: 4 hours of service from the van (additional service is $100ph)
Includes: Glassware, equipment, ice, collection/washing of glassware, and clean-up

Drinks: Service of your alcoholic drinks during your wedding from the van which ensures people don’t take advantage of the free drinks on offer
Duration: 4 hours of service from the van – if you require extra hours for staff it is $100 per hour
Includes: Glassware, equipment, ice, drink cooling, collection/washing of glassware, and clean-up
Bonus: Morning after bottomless coffee/tea service for 2 hours
Price: $1,000 for up to 60 guests + $5 per additional guest

Kick back and enjoy 2 hours of unlimited drinks from our menu:

You know the morning after a big night everyone loves a good feed… but generally there isnt a lot of takers to be organised and available to cook … but we have you covered!
Enjoy a relaxed BBQ breakfast of bacon & eggs right here at Airtree, add our coffee van option and you have the perfect solution to the morning after the night before. Breakfast is the perfect chance to catch up, share a few stories from the night before and finish off the weekend together before everyone heads home.
Includes: Service and cooking of bacon & eggs, supplied with bread rolls, bread, cheese, onions, & condiments
Price: $10 per head – minimum charge $400
