All Purpose Room
Our all purpose room has multiple uses and is the perfect space for bringing together groups. The room features a great commercial kitchen facility with plenty of refrigerated space. For entertainment purposes there is a large screen TV sports, movie watching or presentations. There is a pool table, air hockey, & darts for fun evening activities and enough space to seat around 60 people for a seated function.
The room is fully air conditioned and heated along with a gorgeous wood heater for Winter.
Shared Facilities
When accommodation is booked on a room-by-room or site-by-site basis, all communal facilities are shared with other guests staying at the resort.
From time to time, portions of the resort, including the recreation room and other shared areas, may be reserved for organised workshops, private functions, group activities or resort events. During these times, access to those areas may be restricted or unavailable to other guests.
Where possible, Airtree Resort will advise guests of any planned activities prior to arrival; however, by making a booking, guests acknowledge that exclusive access to communal facilities is not included unless the resort has been booked exclusively.
Exclusive Resort Hire
Guests requiring guaranteed private use of the recreation room, communal facilities or resort grounds for birthdays, celebrations, reunions, workshops or other private events should book the resort on an exclusive basis.
Exclusive hire guarantees sole use of the communal facilities and ensures no other groups or activities will be scheduled during your stay.
Recreation Room
The recreation room is a shared facility provided for the enjoyment of all guests unless otherwise reserved for a private event, workshop or organised resort activity.
When reserved for a scheduled activity, the room is considered unavailable for general guest use for the duration of that activity, including reasonable setup and pack-down times.
