Inclusions – please note we do not have an itinerary as yet for the 2027 but below is the 2026 info – Winedown 27 will be just as much fun as the 2026 with a little more relaxing on the Sunday as requested from this years participants. Those Winedowners who have been before you know it is a brilliant weekend, we are just trying to get initial interest from this years participants  before advertising to previous participants, then our data base, then to the general public. We are asking for a $249 deposit with the $100 taken each month as a payment plan starting in February to pay off the entire amount each month by May. First in best dressed – we will only be running one Winedown in 2027!

2026 PROGRAM

Friday Night: Dinner and Drinks night followed by silly casino games challenge;  use your casino winnings to bid for mystery prize boxes; it’s a relaxed fun night that sets the tone for the weekend! Use your casino winnings to bid on mystery prizes.
Saturday Morning: Buffet Breakfast –
Saturday: All aboard the bus to Corowa Chocolate & Whiskey factory for a factory tour, freckle making and High Tea Lunch 
Saturday Night: Dinner and entertainment by DJ’s Victoria with karaoke and DJ music entertaining us all evening – lots of dancing, singing and more WINE
Sunday: Buffet Breakfast 
Sunday AM: 9D Breathwork 
Sunday Lunch: Buffet Lunch followed by a mosaics workshop 
Sunday Night: Movie at the Yarrawonga Golf Club Gold Class followed by dinner in the Golf Club Bistro – then  back to the resort to enjoy any left over drinks  
Monday: Time for you to go back to reality 

Please note this is twin, triple or quadruple share, so find some friends and come along and enjoy an amazingly fun weekend and relaxing weekend where you do not lift a finger! The maximum we can cater for in each event is 24 so numbers are very limited.

We are currently taking bookings to secure a spot for Winedown 27 you make a $249 payment (which is non refundable) then there are 4 more $100 payments beginning 4 months before your arrival date – so the payment plan allows for you to save up and not have to pay upfront. So for the May event the $100 payment would come out 1st Feb, 1st March, 1st April and 1st May = $649. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you commit to coming and do not attend the event – it is up to you to find a replacement – there is a NO REFUND policy for this event as it is worked out on a per person basis – once you pay your deposit you commit to this policy.
