Inclusions – please note this is a proposed itinerary – nothing is locked in and may change depending on pricing and availability, for those Winedowners who have been before you know it is a brilliant weekend, we are just trying to get initial interest from this years participants before advertising to previous participants, then our data base, then to the general public. First in best dressed!
PROPOSED PROGRAM
Friday Night: Dinner and Cocktail night followed by silly games/ trivia challenge; relaxed fun night that sets the tone for the weekend!
Saturday Morning: Buffet Breakfast
Saturday: “Bargain Bash Rally” a new activity this year followed by lunch at Byrammine Homestead & Brewery
Saturday Night: Our Bargain Bash Rally Fashion show followed by onsite paella pan with a twist by the amazing Nadia from Longhouse Catering with the one and only Jade Camden entertaining us all evening – lots of dancing, singing and more WINE
Sunday: Buffet Breakfast
Sunday Spoils: Airtree will be transformed into a day spa where you will be pampered with 1/2 hour in room massage & a 1/2 hour mini facial – while you wait for your treatments we will also be hosting a progressive paint & sip art session
Sunday Lunch: During our Airtree Spa and Paint day
Sunday Afternoon: Free time
Sunday Night: Dinner followed by Chick Flick movie night with icecreams
Monday: Time for you to go back to reality
Please note this is twin, triple or quadruple share, so find some friends and come along and enjoy an amazingly fun weekend and relaxing weekend where you do not lift a finger! The maximum we can cater for in each event is 24 so numbers are very limited.
We are currently taking bookings to secure a spot for Winedown 25 you make a $199 payment (which is non refundable) then there are 4 more $100 payments beginning 4 months before your arrival date – so the payment plan allows for you to save up and not have to pay upfront. So if you book the May event then a $100 payment would come out 1st Feb, 1st March, 1st April and 1st May = $599.
PLEASE NOTE: If you commit to coming and do not attend the event – it is up to you to find a replacement – there is a NO REFUND policy for this event as it is worked out on a per person basis – once you pay your deposit you commit to this policy.
