Join us in the Airtree kitchen for a few fun hours of cook, sip, repeat. Get a few ladies around the bench and it’s laughs, stories, and dinner made together. Fiona will demo the latest Thermomix, then hand you the reins so you can have a go too. We’ll finish by sitting down to a four-course feast and sipping the amazing cocktails you (and Fiona) just whipped up.

Fiona’s been a Thermomix consultant for over 13 years, so bring your questions. You’ll see how easy it is to cook this way — and how good real, home-prepped food can taste.

Thermomix isn’t just a gadget — it’s a whole way of cooking. It chops, weighs, stirs, steams and cooks with precise temperature control, and the guided recipes walk you step-by-step so you can nail everything from sauces to slow cooks. You can even stack jobs (think: curry in the bowl, rice/veg in the Varoma) so dinner lands at the same time. 

At our Cook & Sip with Thermomix evening, Fiona  from Cooking with Hart will demo the latest model TM7 and get you as hands-on as you want to be. You’ll help make a four-course menu plus two cocktails — then sit down and enjoy what you’ve created.

Fiona’s been consulting for over 13 years; so bring your questions — she’s got all the answers and tips to make home cooking faster, cheaper and better.
