What is included in the price?
Exclusive use of the resort including all 9 rooms + campground is included in the price. Plus use of any of our furniture available at the resort. Please note we do not have a dance floor or marquee.

Can we come in and set up early?
You are able to come in and set up in the outdoor areas before the wedding, this will not impact any current guests. You can use any area that does not impact any staying guests or our cleaning/garden staff to set up before the wedding.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is 2pm the day you have booked – and check out of the rooms is 10am on the departure day. We are happy for people to stay onsite after departure time as long as the rooms are vacated if we have same day check in’s it’s a big change over.

Is there special pricing in off peak or weekends?
Yes we offer off peak rates from June – end August which are nearly half the price of peak period and also mid week pricing from Monday – Thursday

What do we have to do to secure a date?
A $2000 non refundable deposit is taken to secure the date and balance of the wedding payment is due 14 days before the wedding. You are welcome to pay amounts off during this time so there is no one bulk sum payment left at the end.

Is there a cerfew?
No – as you have exclusive use of the property there is no other guests to annoy there is no curfew on the music or when your wedding has to end. We still have closeish neighbours though so you will need to be mindful of this as well.

Can you do an organised wedding if we don’t want to DIY?
Yes we are able to organise all of your wedding and setup/packdown/catering etc if you feel you do not have the capacity to do a DIY wedding – this is obviously an additional charge and we would work with our local suppliers to bring together your wedding.
